MicroMoCA Saratoga
is a community arts project in which artisan builders create “micro” art galleries to provide new, emerging artists from underserved communities a space to showcase their work, while providing the community alternative easy access to art beyond the traditional gallery.
The first microMoCA Sararoga gallery was installed at the SoBro Triangle in August 2026, featuring works by watercolor artist Brenda Verardi. Main Street Studio’s Chris Jacobs is the artisan builder of this inaugural gallery. The third microMoCA gallery will be installed later this fall at another location (TBD).
Saratoga Arts made this program possible through the Community Arts Regrant Program, funded by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
